Youran started work as English mentor since he was 13 years old while he helped a kid of family friend practice English online. He himself has experience as ESL learner gain tremendous help from teachers and friends, he is willing to support peer Chinese youth to explore the world and culture. Later on, Youran teamed up with friends as founding team to start project BTW Now! to build platform encourage more Asian American youth initiate dialogue with peers within China.
